Volunteer Opportunities
We are not your typical ministry—and we don’t want to be. REAL Missions is a prophetic, Spirit-led movement that trains, equips, and sends believers into purpose. While our work touches the nations, our team operates virtually—with powerful impact.
Volunteering with us doesn’t require a passport or a pulpit. You can serve from anywhere with purpose, excellence, and spiritual sensitivity. Whether you're a strategist, intercessor, creative, or communicator—there’s room for you in this assignment.

Prayer & Intercession Team
Stand in the gap for our leaders, partners, and global mission efforts. Attend virtual prayer calls, cover trips in prayer, and help host online intercession moments. -
Virtual Admin Assistants
Support projects, manage outreach follow-ups, help schedule communications, and assist with organizing digital tasks across our programs. -
Creative Team – Graphics & Content
Design visuals, social media posts, or help lay out materials for devotionals, online courses, or campaign pushes. -
Writing & Editing Team
Help edit prophetic words, devotionals, emails, and course materials to keep our message clear, powerful, and anointed. -
Translation Team
If you are bilingual, assist with translating materials (especially English to Spanish) for devotionals, social posts, or missions resources. -
Virtual Event Support
Serve behind the scenes during Zoom trainings, live broadcasts, and virtual retreats by assisting with chat monitoring, prayer rooms, or tech support. -
Storytelling & Testimony Collection
Interview participants, gather transformation stories, and help tell the narrative of what GOD is doing through REAL Missions. -
Digital Discipleship Follow-Up
Engage with people who reach out for prayer, direction, or discipleship online. Must be spiritually mature and able to point others to truth with clarity and care.

👶🏽 REAL Love Daycare Sponsorship
Sponsor a child for just $60/month. With your help, 20 children receive care, education, and love in a safe, nurturing, Kingdom-filled environment. Every seed here shapes a soul.
🙋🏽♂️ Sponsor an Intern
Invest in the next generation of missionaries and leaders. Your support covers housing, meals, transportation, and ministry training for those answering the call to serve.
📖 Fund a Spanish Immersion Student
Help cover tuition for those committed to learning the language of the region they serve—building deeper bridges for long-term impact.
📦 Supply the Mission Base
From transportation to tools, beds to Bibles—we need ongoing support for the practical needs of the base that hosts every mission experience.
🍽 Feed the Community
Partner with us to keep food banks stocked and hot meals served during outreaches, especially in under-resourced neighborhoods and rural villages.
Not everyone can pack a bag and serve on the mission field—but you can still be a vital part of what God is doing in the Dominican Republic. Your monthly donation goes toward maintaining what’s already in place and establishing the programs that will transform lives: a daycare for children, a medical clinic, a Pastor Leadership Lab for training leaders, women’s business empowerment, afterschool programs, and more.
Whether it’s $60 a month to cover a child’s future daycare costs or $12 a month to help maintain our center, every gift fuels the work of REAL Solutions and moves us closer to seeing the vision fully realized.
